Trivia[]

  • This depot is often used by players to grind points (spawning, driving to Willowfield, completing a 'route' and receiving 10 points, despawning and doing the same thing), as it is a very short distance from its eponymous station, where players can receive up to 10 points and 1 experience per minute, as Willowfield is a terminus.
  • Although this depot is called Willowfield Station Depot, the small shed between the mainline and the depot displays Willowfield Carriage Sidings.
  • Before V1.9.2, there was a Class 377 parked at the depot which bizarrely showed its TOPS classification as a Class 387, while the other end showed its classification as a Class 377. This was likely due to a bug originating from the fact that the Class 377's model is the same model as the one as the Class 387.
    • Though it may be that the developers did not change the numbers on the train, as it is barely noticeable unless the player is trespassing into the depot or driving by and paid attention.
  • The depot appears to resemble Shoeburyness Depot in Essex.
