The Class 323 is an electric-multiple unit manufactured by Hunslet, proposed for use on Waterline. These trains are formed of 3 coaches, with a to-be-announced cost. While this train was first sneak-peeked to the public in 2018, it has not been released yet.

- BanTech has stated that this train might release after all trains are converted into Next Generation trains. Then-Product Developer, Mattyx2013, confirmed this in an X (then Twitter) reply. However, this may have changed after Mattyx2013's resignation.
- Since the release of the Class 365, there has been a lot of speculation that this train may be added soon as it has been in limbo for the past few years, similar to the aforementioned train.
