Supervisor (formerly High Rank) are ranks that are higher than Members (Trainee Driver, Qualified Driver, Dispatcher, Guard and Signaller). There are five different supervisor roles which are the Lead Driver (LD), Senior Dispatcher (SDS), Senior Guard (SGD), Senior Signaller (SSG) and Mobile Operations Supervisor (MOS).

Senior Dispatcher

Mobile Operations Supervisor

Operations | Mobile Operations Supervisors are able to host any training. They are typically more senior supervisors. Workforce Data Analyst

Workforce | This was a high rank added after the V1.1 update. Workforce Data Analysts collected data about the number of people on each rank to record the growth of Stepford County Railway. Their line manager was the Head of Workforce Development (Now CM), and their line director was the People Director (Now CD). This rank was unique since it was not senior to any of the Low Rank roles. This role was removed on 14 June 2019 when Head of Product Development (Now PDV) was introduced due to this role being too similar to Mobile Operations Supervisor. |
People Relations Advisor

Relations | This was a hard rank to obtain. They used to host any of the trainings and were typically more senior to all the other supervisors, but when MOS was reinstated, PRA then stuck to relations. PRA were appointed by the Directors, applied for, or given to retired managers. Their line manager was the Community Director, even though Head of Community Engagement is a manager and PRA is a supervisor, they both directly go to Community Director. In early December 2020, the remaining PRAs transferred to Mobile Operations Supervisor, making the role vacant. This role was still in the group even though nobody was in it. This role was removed on 1 November 2021 when a new rank, Alpha Test Account, was introduced in the group, effectively replacing PRA. |
| Security Officer | N/A | A legacy high rank. Very few details of the jobs conducted by this rank can still be found today. The only former user, SirGreenslade, is now a Qualified Driver within SCR. |
Trivia
- All Supervisors can co-host in Dispatcher and Guard trainings although they can't assess. Only the Supervisor of that rank as well as Mobile Operations Supervisors can assess.
- During points of strife in the community, some Supervisors resign out of protest to make meaningful changes. An example of this occurred in early 2021 during the selection of the new Engagement Managers (now Community Managers). Several Supervisors resigned due to the controversies of one of the choices, Samproductions, being seen as illegitimate.
