Senior Dispatcher

INTRODUCTION TO THE RANK

Senior Dispatchers [SDS] are a HR rank (High Rank) that are senior to Dispatchers. They can host Dispatcher [DS] Trainings, if they are approved by the Head of Platform Operations, the manager who is in charge of them and the Dispatchers. They have the choice to Dispatch trains like the Dispatchers do.

Also, Senior Dispatchers get the High Rank access to certain features in the SCR Discord Server, like warning, deleting unnecessary messages/reactions, and announce DS trainings in #training, as well as respawning trains, checking information of trains and muting/kicking people that are breaking rules in-game.

There are currently 17 Senior Dispatchers.

To Obtain This Rank:

1. When SDS apps open, complete and submit the application and get acceptance from the Dispatch Controller. The applications is closed for now. Go to Applications and find the SDS apply link to apply.Requirements:
   1. You must be over the age of 13 and have a ROBLOX and a Discord account
   2. You must be a Dispatcher [DS] or above to apply.
   3. You must be patient until the application results are in. Bothering High Ranks and Managers about when the results will be published will risk you a nullification (cancellation) of your application.
2. Once accepted, you will be trained to be capable of hosting and handling DS trainings.

This rank was formerly known as Platform Supervisor, however, the Directors made the decision to rename the rank to Senior Dispatcher.
