This is a list of ranks in the Stepford County Railway Roblox group. Some special ranks on the Discord server are not listed here.

For ranks above Guard, you will need to apply for the rank.

NewRanks

Members

  1. Trainee Driver (TD) - This is the rank you automatically get when you join the Roblox Group on SCR.
  2. Qualified Driver (QD) - This is the rank you get after successfully passing the Qualified Drivers Training.
  3. Dispatcher (DS) - This is the rank you get after passing the Dispatcher Training. This rank will allow you access to the dispatching role in a public server.
  4. Guard (GD) - This is the rank you will acquire after passing Guard Training. You will be able to guard a train after the driver accepts you.
  5. Signaller (SG) - This is the only member rank that needs an application before being trained to become the rank. This rank will grant access to the Stepford Rail Operation Centre (ROC) in a public server and some in-game commands.

Supervisors

  1. Lead Driver (LD) - Lead Drivers are supervisors to drivers. Lead Drivers host Qualified Driver trainings and they have admin commands in Discord/SCR game server to keep the game running smoothly. Their bosses are the Heads of Driver Operations.
  2. Senior Dispatcher (SDS) - Senior Dispatchers are supervisors to Dispatchers. They host Dispatcher trainings as well as keep the game without conflicts. Their bosses are the Heads of Platform Operations.
  3. Senior Guard (SGD) - Senior Guards are supervisors to Guards. They host Guard trainings as well as making sure the games are running smoothly. Their bosses are the Heads of Guard Operations.
  4. Senior Signaller (SSG) - Senior Signallers are supervisors to Signallers. They host Signaller training sessions and assessments, as well as working with other supervisor roles. Their bosses are the Heads of Network Signalling.
  5. People Relations Advisor (PRA) - This is a hard rank to obtain. They used to host any of the trainings and are senior to all the other supervisors, but when MOS was reinstated, PRA now stick to relations. PRA are appointed by the Directors, applied for, or given to retired managers. Their current line manager is the Relations Director.
  6. Mobile Operations Supervisor (MOS) - This is a hard rank to obtain. They can host any of the trainings and have access to all Supervisor and under roles. Their manager is the Head of Operational Standards.

Managers

  1. Head of Driver Operations (HDO) - This rank is the Manager rank for Trainee Drivers, Qualified Drivers and Lead Drivers.
  2. Head of Platform Operations (HPO) - This rank is the Manager rank for Dispatchers and Senior Dispatchers.
  3. Head of Guard Operations (HGO) - This rank is the Manager rank for Guards and Senior Guards.
  4. Head of Network Signalling (HNS) - This rank is the Manager rank for Signallers and Senior Signallers.
  5. Head of Community Engagement (HCE) - This rank is not senior to any other rank but instead promotes engagement from all players.
  6. Head of Operational Standards (HOS) - This rank is the Manager rank for Mobile Operations Supervisors.

Directors

  1. Relations Director (RD) - This rank is senior to People Relations Advisors and manages the social media platforms and public relations.
  2. Operations Director (OD) - This rank is responsible for the game and community operations.
  3. Innovations Director (ID) - This rank is responsible for game development and suggestions.
  4. Managing Director (MD) - This rank is responsible for everything regarding SCR.
