Template:High RankProduct Developers, also known as [PDV], is a new rank that replaced the [HPD] (Head of Product Development) managerial position. This position is known to improve and create new content for the game (eg: Trains, Scenery).
This position isn't a Managerial nor a Director position.
They directly report to the [ID] Innovations Director and do not have anything to do with the Operational departments.
