The Managers rank is the second highest ranks of Stepford County Railway responsible for specific departments of the High Ranks, as well as employment of new ranks of each department.

Head of Driver Operations	Tr_ain	Driving	Head of the Qualified Drivers and Leading Drivers and reads through Leading Driver applications. Ranks the Trainee Drivers that passed the Qualified Driver training. Most active manager because of often QD trainings. JiveOff substituted for 2 weeks in July because of Matty being on Vacation. The former HDO used to be mattyx2013. This rank was formerly known as HD.
Head of Platform Operations	Al_Vids	Dispatch	Head of the Dispatchers and Senior Dispatchers and reads through Senior Dispatcher applications. Ranks the QDs that passed the dispatcher training. JiveOff added as SDS around late July. JiveOff resigned on the 20th October 2018 due to a busy schedule for him. The former HPO used to be choclatesalty123. This rank was formally known as DC.
Head of Network Signalling	TransportForWales	Signalling	Head of the Signallers and Senior Signallers and reads through Signaller and Senior Signaller applications. Keeps track of the training progress of Trainee Signallers. This rank was formerly known as CCM.
Head of People Engagement	JiveOff	People Engagement	The job of the Head of People eNGAGEMENT is to create tools to create engagement from the players in order to give them a positive experience on SCR. Along with the People Director, they are improving the Customer Experience.
Head of Operational Standards	IslandLine	All Departments	General head of the Managements Department. The former HOS was cg7033. This rank was formerly known as OSM.
Head of Customer Relations	cg7033	Customer Relations	Head of customer relations and is in charge of dealing with queries from the community that cannot be answered by High Ranks.
