The Llyn-by-the-Sea Rail Operations Centre is a Signal Controlling Centre with an integrated Signaller Training Academy located at Llyn-by-the-Sea.
This rail operations centre controls Signal Zone E (Edgemead <> Llyn-by-the-Sea).

- This ROC was added as part of the Llyn-by-the-Sea station upgrade in V1.7.2, replacing the now-defunct Starryloch Signal Box.
- There is an office near this ROC. In addition, a Signaller Training Academy was added next to this ROC.
- If a player were to walk too close to the walls in some areas outside of the ROC, they will be glitched into a seat inside the ROC. If they are not a Signaller, they will get stuck inside the ROC as the doors won't allow them to get out; this means that the only way of getting out is by respawning.
- This is the second operating ROC on the line, the other one being Stepford Rail Operations Centre.
- This is the 5th ROC in the history of SCR, the other four being Stepford Rail Operations Centre and the now-defunct Benton, Coxly and Stepford East Rail Operations Centres.
- In V1.8.3, Signaller trainings used to be held here, in the Signaller Training Academy. Now they have moved back to the Stepford ROC.
