Stepford County Railway has 16 interchanges, switching between AirLink, Connect, WaterLine and Express. The Connect and Airlink lines have the most overlap, but there are no quadruple line interchanges, nor are there any interchanges between the Airlink and WaterLine services.
Connect - WaterLine Interchanges
There are two interchanges between the Connect and its subsidiary WaterLine lines.

- 2. Port Benton
Connect - Airlink Interchanges
There are nine interchanges between the Connect and Airlink lines.
- 1. Airport Central
- 2. Stepford Airport Parkway
- 3. Leighton Stepford Road
- 4. Morganstown
- 5. Berrily
- 6. Elsemere Junction
- 7. St Helen's Bridge
- 8. Stepford East
- 9. Stepford Central
Airlink - WaterLine interchanges
There are at present no interchanges between the Airlink and Waterline services.
Connect - Express Interchanges
All nine Express stations are interchanges with Connect services.
