The Head of Operations, or [HOO], was the Manager of the Operations Department. The job of the HOO was to manage the Operations Department as a whole, with coordination with the Departmental Managers.

Trivia
- Unlike many players believe, this rank was not the same as the former Head of Operational Standards [HOS] rank, as the responsibilities of this rank were moved to the Operations Manager.
- This was the manager rank with the least amount of users (at 1).
- Although this rank has no occupant as of 5 February 2022, it still remains on the SCR Official Roblox Group. Head of Operations is now the only vacant rank in the group, similar with People Relations Advisor prior to 1 November 2021.
