- SCR_AutoRank is actually SCR's training bot, so it does not perform the jobs of an CM even though it has the role on the group.
- There was a huge backlash over the selection of former Community Manager Samproductions due to alleged cronyism. This had caused numerous Supervisors to resign.
- This rank has the most name changes, at 4.
- The previous names are Head of Workforce Development (HWD), Head of People Engagement (HPE), Head of Community Engagement (HCE) and Engagement Manager (EM).
- The name change from Head of Community Engagement to Engagement Manager occurred on 22 February 2021.
- The most recent change was from Engagement Manager to Community Manager, on the 8th January 2022.
- According to then-Operations Director and former Community Manager AsmeSolent, the rank was renamed because their job "mainly revolve around policy and internal positions" and the role name did not represent this. Because of that, the word "Engagement" does not really fit the job description of the rank and the name was changed; the role itself did not change at all.
- Initially when this position was advertised to Supervisors, an internal application process occurred. Applicants first filled out an application form and two candidates were shortlisted, JiveOff and JoshuaJohansson. They both had to compile a report and presentation relating to the future of SCR to be presented to Thehazad9 (the Operations Director at the time). JiveOff was selected out of the two candidates. In spite of this, the Workforce Data Analyst rank was created for JoshuaJohansson as a link between the People Director and the Operations Director.
