- Hampton Hargate was going to be a major interchange incorporating eight platforms, but all except two were removed completely, and now it's a small and quiet station.
- The distance between Hampton Hargate and its following station, Water Newton, is currently the longest distance on the entire Stepford County Railway network with about two and a quarter miles apart.
