Faymere Green TMD (shown as Faymere Green Depot in the spawn menu) is a train depot that began operations on 22 February 2020 in the V1.4.1 update. This depot is situated between Faymere and Westercoast. Stepford Connect and Stepford Express trains can spawn here towards both Leighton and Llyn.
This train maintenance depot appears to be situated in a small town, yet it is not connected by road to anywhere else and it is inaccessible for a passenger (without trespassing or walking on baseplates).
The depot is divided into two parts, and each part covers each direction of the line. (Named Faymere Green NB/SB Depot, similar to the depot adjacent to Woodhead Lane)
This is the first and formerly only depot/siding in SCR to utilize shunt signals. Also, there are only shunt signals at this depot. Signal warnings can also be seen.
This is the only depot in the game that also has sidings to spawn at, in addition to the main depot.
The trains that are standing at the depot are Stepford Connect and Stepford Express. There is also a Class 08 diesel shunter. This depot is the first one to have more than three lanes go unused.
This depot, despite having a road next to it and having "Faymere" in its name, does not have any road connections to Faymere station.
List of Stored Trains[]
- In Version 1.4.1, the TMD has a Class 465, Class 331, Class 43, Class 68, Class 720, Mk3 Coaches (Stepford Connect and Stepford Express), and a Class 08.
- In Version 1.6, the TMD has a Class 730/1, Class 331/0 and /1, Class 43, Class 68, Mk3 Coaches (Stepford Connect and Stepford Express), and a Class 08.
Trivia[]
- This was the first and formerly the only depot to have trains that are not in service parked in the depot, as well as it being an operational depot. You can now also see not in service trains at Benton Depot and Siding, Willowfield Depot, Berrily Depot, Hampton Hargate Siding, and Stepford Depot.
- At this depot, there is a speed limit of 15 MPH. Before 1.7.2, it could only be found at one other location in the game, that being at Llyn-by-the-Sea. However in the 1.7.2 update, the tunnels and tunnel layout changed as a whole, which means that the speed limits are now 45 throughout the tunnels and into the station itself. The previously unused Waterline Shuttle tracks between Morganstown and Morganstown Docks had a 15 MPH speed limit, but it was upgraded to 30 MPH when it opened in V1.6. After V1.8, Stepford Depot also has a speed limit of 15 MPH.
- It is one of the most detailed depots with sheds, train washers and not in service trains parked on unused tracks.
- Its position on the Llyn line means you typically won't see many trains spawning here, as it is quite far away from either Llyn-by-the-Sea or Stepford. Most people spawn at this depot to start at Edgemead or Westwyvern.
- Next to this depot you can find a nameless building with a purple line on it. Before V1.7.2 when Stepford Express finally got its official headquarters at Llyn-by-the-Sea, some people suspected that building might be the Express Headquarters due to its colour.
- Many warning signs with text on them are scattered around the depot and at the exits, most of which warning to check the signal aspect before traveling onto the mainline or stating the 15 MPH speed limit.
- This is the only depot where Class 43 locomotives can be found out of service and/or not coupled to their coaches.
Faymere Green Northbound Depot, also known as Faymere Green TMD (Northbound), is a train depot that began operations on 22 February 2020 in the V1.4.1 update. This depot is situated between Faymere and Westercoast. This depot is served by Stepford Connect and Stepford Express trains starting services from Faymere, Edgemead or Leighton City.

Trivia[]
- This is the first depot that has an entrance to it.
- This is the first and only depot to have tracks not directly connected with the mainline tracks.
- This is the fourth depot (along with the southbound depot) that can spawn trains from more than one operator. The first three were Stepford Depot, Leighton Depot, and Northshore Depot.
- This is the largest depot in all of SCR in terms of area.
- Most of this depot is used for scenery.
- This is the first depot to use shunt signals.
- There is a Class 730/1 parked at the depot, however according to the TOPS classification on it, the train was classified as a Class 730/0. This is likely due to both trains having the same model, but with different operators.
- Before V1.7.2, there was a Class 465 parked here instead of the Class 730/1.
- Strangely, the Stepford Express Mark 3 Coaches located in the depot have PISes that read "We are now approaching Stepford East", even though Stepford Express does not stop there. This also happened in Stepford Depot.
- Even though this was fixed in V1.10 and now shows "We are now approaching Stepford Central" instead at Stepford Depot, the Mark 3 Coaches still have the error at this depot.
- Before Edgemead Siding was removed in V1.7.2, R004 and R009 could not spawn here.

This depot is served by Stepford Connect and Stepford Express trains starting services from Westercoast, Westwyvern and Northshore.
