Overview
Faymere Green TMD is a new train depot that began operations on 22 February 2020 in the V1.4.1 update. This depot is situated between Faymere and Westercoast. Stepford Express and Stepford Connect trains can spawn here.

Trivia
- This is currently the first and only depot in SCR to utilize shunt signals.
- This is the only depot in the game that also has sidings to spawn at, in addition to the main depot.
- This is the 2nd ever depot that has Northbound and Southbound spawns, the other being Woodhead Lane.
- This appears to be situated in a small town, yet it is not connected by road to anywhere else and you cannot spawn here as a passenger.
- This is the first and only depot to have trains that are not in service parked in the depot.
- This is the 1st ever depot that has 4 unused lanes.
- This is the only depot with signal warnings when leaving.
- This is the first and only depot that has an entrance to it.
