Coxly Rail Operations Centre (ROC) was the original rail operations centre for the network. It was located at Coxly Station, and was the original home for signallers. As of V1.6, the ROC was removed due to the renovated Coxly.

The old signalling room only had physical buttons to change the signal and cameras to view the trains passing by, which made it hard to signal at that time.

In The Big Update, the ROC was moved to Benton. The building was left empty since then, and the signalling equipment was removed. It was likely scrapped as the signalling systems at Benton was more high-tech, instead of having physical buttons, there were computers at Benton instead.

After the closure of Coxly ROC, the area was still accessible to signallers at first, but later locked off completely. Before the ROC was demolished when Coxly station was renovated in V1.6, you could still see the entrances to the ROC at Platforms 1 and 2, but it was inaccessible.

This is one of 3 now-demolished ROCs throughout the network. The other 2 were at Benton and Stepford East.
