Trivia
- This train was introduced to substitute for the Class 387, which was transferred to Airlink. It is most commonly used for Waterline North and Airport Line services.
- In real life, this train is currently in use with Greater Anglia, and is due to be replaced by the Class 720 and Class 745. It was previously in use with National Express East Anglia.
- In the purchase logs, this train is put as SW387 instead of SW379, likely because when the Class 387 was transferred to Airlink it was replaced with the Class 379, so anyone who owned the Class 387 before it was moved to Airlink would keep the train they purchased.
- After the sneak peek released by OverheadWires of the remodelled Class 377 and Class 387, it is anticipated that this train will soon receive a remodel along with those two trains which belong to the same family.
