Trivia
- Benton has the highest number of platforms out of all stations on the Stepford County Railway network, with a total of 16. Benton is also the busiest station on the network. However, only 11 are currently in use.
- The station being near Benton Depot means dispatchers on Platforms 7A through 8B are extremely busy.

- It is also home to the Benton ROC, which is located just outside the main entrance. It is used for signalling the network. However, it might be closed due the the new Stepford East ROC.
- This is the only interchange station, besides Port Benton, between Stepford Connect and Waterline services.
- Walking distance is available to this station from Cambridge Street Parkway, Benton Bridge, Port Benton, and Morganstown Docks.
- This is the only station all trains call at, no matter what operator or route they are on.
- This station is one of 3 stations on the SCR network where the station is operated by network rail, not SCR.
