Template:BuildingBeechley Sidings is a southbound facing siding located between Beechley and Financial Quarter/City Hospital. At the triangle junction, trains can go east or west to terminate at Stepford Victoria or via Stepford Central. It has space for two trains to spawn at once and is equipped with shunt signals. This is a popular place for people to spawn, and therefore queues are not uncommon at this station, not helped by the junction south of the depot.

- This siding has the most amount of stations you can go to directly from the siding, these are: Stepford Victoria, Financial Quarter, City Hospital and Stepford Central, joint with Stepford Airport Parkway Depot.
- It is common to see Class 357 trains spawning here as it is one of the most popular places to start the free route, Stepford Victoria to Stepford Airport Central.
- This siding uses Shunt Signals. This type of signals can also be found at Coxly Bypass Siding, Coxly Station Siding, Morganstown Siding and Faymere Green TMD/Northbound & Faymere Green TMD/Southbound. All other depots/sidings use normal signals.
- The signals here are broken, so sometimes trains spawning here crash and despawn.
